God has also given me a heart for campus ministry, and today my mission field is leading ministry with student-athletes at the University of Delaware. I love seeing God move on campus and equipping athlete leaders to unlock their gifts, step into leadership, and thrive in the ways God has uniquely called them.
If I were to describe how I see myself, I’d say I’m like an architect—I create frameworks and then empower others to fill them with their unique God-given gifts. That’s where I thrive in ministry.
I’ve been married to my husband for over 30 years, and we adore our four adult children. In my free time, you’ll often find me hiking in the woods, where I feel grounded and alive, or downhill skiing (though not as often as I’d like!). A fun fact about me is that God is opening doors for me as an author—I’m currently working on my first book, and I sense more are to come in this next season.
Above all, my hope is that when people meet me or hear me speak, they feel cared for. I long for people to know the Lord, experience the freedom Christ won for them, and grow as His disciples. I want to see chains broken, lives transformed, and God’s kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven—and I have given my life to this mission.

I grew up in Ohio, but I’ve been in the Mid-Atlantic since my husband, Mike, and I moved here in 1996.
My faith came alive in 2004 when I had a powerful encounter with the Holy Spirit. God transformed my life—my heart, my desires—and I decided to follow Jesus with everything. Even as a stay-at-home mom of four at the time, I felt compelled to pursue seminary, and I loved every moment of it. Seminary opened doors for me to serve as a pastoral intern, where I led small groups and prayer ministry teams, preached, created and launched new ministries, served as a hospice chaplain, and officiated weddings and funerals.
It was also during seminary that God put church planting on my heart. That desire has come to life through partnering with Pastor Justin to launch Cultivate Church. Some of the areas of ministry I’m most passionate about are teaching God’s Word, creating and establishing new ministries, and equipping people to discover and step into their unique callings. I love seeing people come alive in their faith and be released into the fullness of who God created them to be.
