Justin grew up in Winston-Salem, NC. His heart for worship, teaching, and seeing people encounter God shaped his early years in ministry. Caitlyn is a Delaware native whose passion for authenticity, discipleship, and seeing people walk in freedom has been central to her walk with God. She has a deep love for cultivating community and helping others discover their identity in Christ.

After getting married in 2015, God led us into a season of intentional development at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, CA, where we graduated in 2017 with a shared vision to see lives transformed by the Presence of God.

In 2018, we stepped into ministry together in the Vineyard Church Movement, serving as Youth & Young Adult Pastors and Worship Pastors. Those years deepened our love for shepherding people, walking alongside them in real life, and helping them grow in their gifts and callings.

In 2023, we launched Cultivate Church with one central passion—to empower people to cultivate extraordinary relationships with God. For us, that’s not just about Sunday services; it’s about learning to walk closely with Him in every part of life.

We believe deeply in the role of spiritual fathers and mothers—leaders who guide with wisdom, encouragement, and love. We’re passionate about helping marriages thrive, and we value living authentically, without masks. There’s nothing we won’t talk about and no topic we’ll avoid, because we believe the things kept in the dark are exactly what God wants to bring into the light. And above all, we put people over process—relationships come first. Everything else flows from there.
